FULHAM MAINTAIN WINNING RUN AGAINST STOKE

English Championship leaders Fulham are the form team in the division after they took their winning run to four games with an emphatic win over Stoke City. Fulham thrashed the Potters 3-0 at home to make it four consecutive wins in the Championship. The Cottagers have won all their games in the league since the opening weekend of the new season as they attempt to secure an instant return to the Premier League.

Fulham were promoted to the Premier League at the start of last season but they could not preserve their status as they were relegated from the league alongside Sheffield United and West Brom.

The Cottagers have an experienced manager in Marco Silva who was formerly in charge of Hull City, Everton and Watford. Silva has done a good job since he was given the Fulham job this summer till date. The season didn't start well for him due to the 1-1 draw at home to Middlesbroughin week one.
Marco Silva and Fulham recorded their first win of the season in grand style thanks to the 5-1 away win achieved with ten men at the expense of Huddersfield Town. The win over the Terriers preceded the London Derby victory over Milwall. Fulham were able to make it two wins in a row with the 2-1 away victory over Milwall.
Fulham made it three successive league wins in the penultimate weekend thanks to the straightforward victory over Hull City. The Cottagers beat the Tigers 2-0 at home before beating fellow Championship team Birmingham City by the same scorelineaway from home in the Carabao Cup second round. Fulham will now face Premier League team Leeds United at home in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
Silva and his Fulham players made it four straight wins in the league and five straight wins in all competitions with the 3-0 win over Stoke City in their last game thanks to the goals from Harry Wilson, Bobby Reid and Aleksandar Mitrovic.
