Felix Magath sacked from Fulham Coach

On September of the ongoing year, Felix Magath was sacked from coaching the Championship League club Fulham after the team went through an underwhelming string of 11 matches where they were unable on securing a single victory.

Kit Symons was selected as the new coach of Fulham and the 43 years old manager is pushing the club out of the bottom relegation zone which is great news for supporters of the club and the recently selected coach of Fulham even believes that his squad and team are capable of securing a top spot in the Championship League.

"The top six is possible. It's a big ask where we come from but my aim is to improve every week. If we can do that then who knows where it will take you. The league is wide open. For us to get up there we need to go on a good run which is a monumental task.

"But I was caretaker when we started the run at Crystal Palace. We snuck in for the last day for sixth spot and beat West Ham in the play-off final. It can be done but Palace was a long time ago. It's not against the realms of possibility." Fulham’s Kit Symons said.

Kit Symons was originally appointed as the caretaker manager of Fulham after Felix Magath was sacked but after Symons managed to guide Fulham to 5 victories in 9 matches, the authorities of the Championship League club decided to select him as the new coach of the squad.

“We’ve been a different football club, on and off the pitch, since Kit stepped in as our caretaker manager in September. His passion for Fulham is evident and contagious, and I believe the promise ahead of him is extremely bright’’ This was one of the initial statements that was released on the official website of Fulham after Kit Symons was officially assigned as the coach.
